Company Development:

1994 : founded in Dec, 1994.

1995 : yearly production：20,000; the output value was more than 19 million RMB Yuan.

1996 : Phone Bill Meter won the inspection certificate of quality of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, and also won the official document to go into network issued by the National China Telecommunication Bureau of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The production of equipment was 100,000; the output value was more than 60 million RMB.

1997 : Phone Bill Meter and the centralized management system were put into market. The production of equipment was 270,000; the output value amounted to 180 million RMB Yuan.

1998 : Phone Bill Meter and the centralized management system were put into production and exported to 10 countries in Mid-East such as Yemen. The production this year was 300,000; the output value amounted to 180 million RMB Yuan.

1999 : Spent over one year developing Smart Card/IC Card payphone and won trial certificate issued by China Telecommunication Bureau. The equipment was used in more than 100 regions all over China. The output value of various public communication terminal products was210 million RMB yuan.

2000 : Cooperated with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Huagongda Routon Software Institute was established. ERP Project was put into practice in our company. Wuhan Routon Science and Technology Ltd. was founded.

2001 : Launched Multi-Services-Public-Information solutions to build New Generation Payphone Network. Wuhan Routon was approved to have the ISO9001:2000 certification. Routon was approved to be an IPO enterprise in the main stock market in China.

2002 : Our company issued in Shanghai Stock Exchange on 13th of June.

2003 : Sales revenue broke through 400million Yuan. The Information Payphones were sold out for 28 thousand sets, and our Smart Card Payphones were pushed into Africa market successfully. The Guan Nan Garden started construction on schedule and the main building was top-out at the end of year.

2005 : Billing meter, Billing phone and Smart Card payphone has amazingly increasing sales in Africa Market. Overseas sales occupy nearly 10% of company income. Sales of all terminals accumulate to 240k sets, net assets is 710 Million RMB Yuan.

2006 : All the staffs move into New Guan Nan Garden, Production Area is about 80000 M2, Workshop covers the area of 84879 M2..

Future Plan:
1. Cooperating with high-tech enterprises at home and abroad as well as colleges, universities and scientific institutes.
2. Company will invest hundred million of RMB Yuan to develop communication products produced with advanced technology. The company will have annual sales volume of about 3000 million RMB Yuan and its net assets will arrive at between 800 and 1200 million RMB Yuan by the year 2007.
